C.E. Spangler is a freelance animator and Illustrator living in Boston. Her award-winning short films have been screened internationally. She is a grant recipient from the LEF Foundation and has worked on a great variety of projects including commercial shorts and children’s television & book illustration.  She received her BFA from Rhode Island School of Design in 2002.
